What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit and Money Orders.

How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?

The charge will appear on your statement as "Australian Vaporizers"

If you require discreet payment via PayPal we can accept payment to an alternative account in a discreet name. Another option which some of our customers like to do is to purchase a Reloadable Prepaid Visa card from the local post office.

How will my order be packaged?
We will ship your order in a plain satchel or box with no mention of our company name or the contents. The sends name will just be “AV”

How long does delivery take?
Order delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and your location. For more information on delivery times please visit our shipping page.

Do you post to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes.

When will I receive my tracking email?
Tracking emails are not sent until your parcel is collected by the courier. This usually happens around 5 PM Brisbane time.

How do I return a faulty product?
If you need to return a faulty product please complete our online Warranty Form and we will gladly help you get back up and running.
