The Crafty & Crafty+ Seal Ring Set provides you with spares of every seal ring used inside your Crafty or Crafty+, so that when your seal rings become worn or loose, you can easily replace them without having to spend money on extra parts that you don't need.
Crafty Seal Ring Set Includes:
- 3 x Mouthpiece Seal Ring
- 3 x Base Seal Ring (small)
- 3 x Base Seal Ring (large)
- 2 x Filling Chamber Seal Ring
You know it's time to replace your O-rings when you notice vapour seeping from joints or if connections between the different parts of your Crafty or Crafty+ become loose. Do not wait until vaporizer performance is affected, replace worn parts regularly to enjoy perfect sessions every time you vape.

xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

*Some vaporizers include an additional warranty period upon registration with the manufacturer.
