   Handy little device. Heats up quickly, doesn't smell in your pocket, before or after use. I have used it in the toilets at a pub. Well made, quality product. I highly recommend this for ease of use and convenience especally when out and about. Also great when at home. I find I don't even pull out the volcano anymore unless I have people over.    Excellent vaporizer. Very easy to use and heats up within a minute or two. Once packed it generally lasts around 2-3 sessions of around 4-5 tokes each time. I used to have a Da Buddha Whip vaporizer, which is obviously not discrete and a hassle to clean, this is far better for 1-2 people to use.
   I haven't tried it on overnight trips, (without charging) etc, but the battery would probably only last 2-3 days max.
   People may say that it heats up, which is true but you just learn to hold it in the correct way. Once bought I doubt you will bother smoking ever again. The taste is amazing! (Posted on 23/05/13)

   I am a long time combuster, (20 yrs) and never thought a vaporizer could have a better result than the old fashioned way ,oh how wrong I was . I am now an unequivocal convert to vaporization.
   The Davinci's digital temp control allows for precise vaping and ultimate control over the effect you desire from each and every hit . The feeling of having all the benefits with much less of the negatives was encouraging to say the least. As far as flavour goes, well I am now a vape snob, the taste is on another level to combustion altogether, there is no comparison!
   All in all the Davinci is a well built unit,ok they could have thought about servicing and cleaning with placing the hinge on top onto the
   other side to allow for a clear path. But I can clear the chamber with relative easy all other maintenance is a breeze, any of my petty "complaints "are so overshadowed by the fact this unit is satisfying a heavy ex combination smoker with no desire on any level to pick up another grotty stinky smoking device
   Now onto the company itself, they are 5 star!! My first davinci failed to heat after a couple of weeks, no big deal this does not count against their quality, we live in a mass produced electronic society things will fail, its how the retailers handle it. Here is where these guys excel I sent mine back Mon arvo and the replacement arrived Wed arvo! And we are not in the same state!! Constant emails keeping me informed at all times, I couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant job Australian vaporizer (Steven was my contact excellent work mate)

   I love this vape, just had mine arrive this morning. :)
   
   I had used one a while ago at a mates place and was sold, perfect size, fits nicely in the palm of my hand and feels great, feels nice and sturdy and you can feel the quality as soon as you pull it out the box. Fit beautifully in my pocket too, which is always handy.
   
   Having the digital temp display is a great feature and being able to switch it to Celsius makes life a little easier for those who come from that school.
   
   I was really amazed at how quick it actually heats up too, I was truly expecting it to take a little longer to get to temp., I did at one point think it was taking a while but as they say "A watch pot never boils" haha and realized it hadn't been long at all.
   
   Already after a couple of short uses my lungs didn't feel so heavy and my chest actually felt a little clearer, I have a cold or something at the moment so I have felt a bit congested this morning and it cleared it up for a little while.
   
   The 'Snorkel' is a must in my opinion though, I noticed the flexi-straw was getting a bit warm towards the end, but the Snorkel eliminated that, for me anyway.
   
   Fantastic product, with a first class build quality.

    Fast delivery, no problems there (I actually expected it to take longer than it did to arrive).
    This vaporizer is amazing. It does everything it's supposed to really well. Heats up fast to the exact temperature you specify on the dial. Feels really sturdy and looks nice and functional. No problems so far. Hits are smooth and tasty (and big, haha). Haven't experienced the plastic taste some have complained about with this vaporizer. Very quiet (the sound of sucking air during hits is louder than the heating).
    My only complaint is the bowl. It's a bit awkward to pack and clean. Otherwise this vaporizer would be getting 5 stars. (Posted on 1/03/13)

    Before purchasing I did my research on all current portable vaporizers and DaVinci always proved to be ranked at the higher end of the scale. When it arrived at my house two days later (I was shocked at the delivery speed) I was over the moon to use it. My friends weren't keen on the idea of a portable vaporizer (We own a Volcano Vaporizer aswell) however as soon as I turned it on we were all amazed at the speed it reached its pre-set temp (375*) in just under 1m 30s. The first vape out of it (first drag) was a little weak and my friends thought their previous assumptions were correct.
    
    
    From reading a lot of different reviews online it is quite common for the first hit of any non fan forced vaporizer to be a little weaker.
    
    
    However the second vape produced a sweet dense vapour hit. After that I got around another 6 strong vapour hits before my herbs were dry.
    
    
    I love the sneaky storage compartment inside of The DaVinci (surprising amount of room in their)
    Its very handy having the brush/poker tucked in it and on you at all times.
    
    No butane needed to run it. Battery lasts 45min approx which is good. Its very solidly built,
    
    I usually have the temp set at 420* this is a personal preference as I like the stronger taste, not recommended for everyone, but im used to the volcano so I like my vapour a bit stronger/denser :)
    
    I recommend finely grinding your herb and packing it not too tight or too lose. When taking vapes (drags) be sure to pull at a long consistent pace.
    
    
    Ps: Clean your DaVinci after each use to keep it in tip top shape, you will reap rewards from doing so!

    Best customer service iv ever revived, after having a lung operation i decided on getting a vap and going by my research the devinchi was bed for me, my first one failed but after a 30 second call to aus vaps I had a no questions asked replacement revived the next day!!! And it's been so so so good since, just ordered some new filters and the extended flexi pipe. Best thing is you can cook with your vaped! Win win win

    @Vaporman: you can set the DaVinci to read in degrees celcius very easily. First switch on the display with the large button on the side of the DV and you will see the temperature displayed in degrees F. Then hold down the power button, which is the lowest of the 3 buttons under the display, for 3 seconds. When you release the button the temperature is displayed in degrees C. (Posted on 17/10/12)

    We have a volcano vaporizer at home so I got this one for taking on holiday etc for the portability. Hardly had to read the instructions, was simple to use, didn't really need to chop my herbs up too much.
    Friends were impressed with it saying it just looked like a radio, very well designed and inconspicuous.
    It's great having the little brush that has it's little place inside the vape for cleaning, makes cleaning easy, sometimes it's hard to get the vaped herbs out but a little shake and then use of the other end of the brush and it's all clean.
    The device gets quite hot to hold around the heating element (I guess as I was using it as it's hottest temp) however once you realise not to hold it there it wasn't an issue.
    Charges pretty quickly and doesn't need to be charged that often if using with just one person.
    Compared to the iolite it is much easier and less fiddly for me, however if you can't get somewhere to charge then it could be an issue, otherwise it would be a much better design IMO. (Posted on 10/10/12)

    Since buying the DeVinci I have stopped burning my herbs. Vaping is the way to go and the DV is a great vaporiser to start off. I had an O2 before this and the DV is far superior. It is compact, charges quickly and gives a better result. My only complaint is the temp gauge is in Farenheit not celcius. (Posted on 1/10/12)

    I already had a Silver Surfer and bought the DaVinci as a spare and for travel. Basically I'm very happy with it, although it took me a few days to get it to produce the optimum result. The key is to use medium ground herb and not to overfill it or pack it at all tightly. The default temperature setting of 375 degrees F is about right too. It looks like an older mobile phone or walkie talkie so it's quite surreptitious. It gets hot to the touch after a few minutes operation but not excessively so, and this is probably not unreasonable in a device the size of a cigarette packet that encloses a miniature kiln! I suspect most people will have no use for the included oil cans. Cleaning is a bit awkward since the flip top over the herb chamber doesn't open back completely but 30 seconds somewhat fiddly effort with the included brush and the job is done. The digital temp. display works well but you may need a magnifying glass to see the battery level. Overall a great device, highly recommended! (Posted on 26/09/12)
