Fast Shipping
We try to ensure that all orders received before 3:00 pm (QLD Time) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. All parcels are shipped using the Australia Post eParcel delivery. All packages are sent fully insured and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security with no mention of our company name or the contents of the parcel.

All orders are typically delivered quickly, however, at certain times, problems out of our control can occur which may cause delay in delivery. We apologise in advance if this happens.

Rating I have had my vaporizer for about 2 weeks now, and I am a very satisfied customer.
If you've never had a vape before this is an excellent unit to start with, it's not as expensive as the top end units but still extremely effective.
Bags fill up quickly and easily
Very easy to set up and use even for first timers.
I notice a lot of people say they're ugly, but i quite like the look of it personally, gone for a modern look/feel with the ridged sleek black lines with white ceramic, and i just LOVE the temperature indicators being multi-coloured LED's, it's a little cheesy, especially when it all starts flashing after half an hour, but i do love cheesyness :p
I feel a thousand times healthier since beginning to vape instead of smoke and am saving money as all my herbs are lasting way longer. (Posted on 24/01/13) -

Rating I bought a HerbalAire from Aussie Vapes and am a satisfied customer.
Pros:
The device is very effective. Not as intoxicating.
Produces a thick and flavorsome vapor.
Versatile (this vape does balloons, whip or mouthpiece-only)
Heats up quickly
Easy to use
Easy to clean
Cons:
A bit ugly
The disco lighting effect from the base is silly
Not very ergonomic (the temp knob sticks out and makes unit a bit uncomfortable to hold)
The mouthpiece doesn't fit snugly and falls off when the unit is cold.
It takes a while to get through a portion of herb (the whole vaporising process is slower than smoking)

Rating The Herbalaire 2.1 is excellent value for money in comparison to other vaporizers available. Half the price of a volcano, plus it has whip and direct draw capabilities as well as bag inflation. I did a LOT of research before deciding on this unit and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
Quality is also very good. Check out the drop test on YouTube. Highly durable. It is light, and smaller than you would think, and imo it looks nice too.
Read the instructions and it is easy to use. Initially setting up your bags with the mouth pieces and clamps takes a bit of time, but for everyday use it takes no longer to heat up and load than it does for me to walk down to the shed.
NO GRINDING... breaking off a couple of pea sized chunks from your herb is all you have to do, and I love this aspect.

Rating Well gotta say I am quite pleased with my Herbalaire, I think it's a great home vape to have, out of the box, its fairly easy to get the hang of it. I decided to go with the herbal aire because I wanted the option of having both the bag and whip option. I was looking at the Extreme q but didnt want to spend the extra money.
I was slightly dissapointed with the look and feel of it.......It doesn't really look like it would be hard to make this vaporiser, feels kind of cheaply made. But, having said that, it is very effective and already I feel like my lungs are recovering from the years of smoking.
Great unit, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative. (Posted on 27/12/10)
