Fast Shipping
We try to ensure that all orders received before 2:30 pm (QLD Time) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. All parcels are shipped using uses the Australia Post eParcel delivery. All packages are sent fully insured and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security with no mention of our company name or the contents of the parcel.

Ease-of-Use Value Quality As far as vaporizers go, I've seen none better for the combination of quality design and portability. The company has been making catalytic combustion butane products for various industries since the early 1980's, and they have the technology down.
The design is excellent. The octagonal herb chamber on the end of the stem slides snugly into the round heating chamber. When you draw through the herb chamber external air flows between the herb chamber and the heating chamber, preheating the air before it hits the herb for less cooling of the herb as you draw. Both screens are easily removed with a sweet little brass tool that came with my unit, and clean with a little soaking and swishing in Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol (I just pour a bit of alcohol into the bottle cap.) According to the web site, the plastic is a high-tech grade designed for use at high temperatures in the food industry.
If you take the time to suck gently over half an hour you will be surprised of the results. (Posted on 28/07/11) -

Ease-of-Use Value Quality What a nifty device! It is so easy to use and so chic. The best thing about the iolite is that it eliminates the smoke. I also like its portability and inconspicuousness. I took my iolite around to show my friend and it is so impressive that she got online immediately and ordered one. I also live in a cold climate and it is a bonus that one can warm one's hands. Another benefit of the iolite is that by using the supplied mouthpieces, one can share and avoid the nasty colds that are going around at the moment. Ease-of-Use Value Quality I had not yet finished using it the first time, when I had already sent messages to family & friends to put in orders for units themselves. It has all the health benefits of the electric units, but is better being mobile. One butane fill lasts for hours of use. It’s compact enough to go in a pocket. It feels good in the hand. The case is practical and unassuming. Living in a cold windy climate, the hand warmer that it is, and not having to use a cigarette lighter in the wind are a bonus.
The instructions are short of one point... the switch turns the gas supply off, but doesn’t stop the chain reaction. It will burn 2 to 3 more times till the gas runs out in the combustion supply chamber.
If you are looking for an alternative method to smoking, this is it. Enjoy! (Posted on 28/06/11)
