Fast Shipping
We try to ensure that all orders received before 2:30 pm (QLD Time) are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. All parcels are shipped using uses the Australia Post eParcel delivery. All packages are sent fully insured and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided shipping address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security with no mention of our company name or the contents of the parcel.

Delivery Times
Order delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and your location. Our couriers deliver to most destinations across Australia within 1 to 7 days. All orders are typically delivered quickly, however, at certain times, problems out of our control can occur which may cause delay in delivery. We apologise in advance if this happens.
Below are estimated delivery times to major cities and most metro areas within Australia. Delivery times to remote areas may take a little longer.

Great bags, just wish they came in larger pack sizes Review by Dr Jonks
Ease-of-Use Value Quality I use my Extreme Q every day with bags and over the last 12 months of owning it I reckon I've gone through 20 odd bags. These official ones are excellent quality, low noise (especially compared to the very 'crinkley' Volcano brand ones) and strong.
The only problem I have is that every time I buy another pack of 4 I end up with two more glass connector pieces. I must have a dozen or so in the cupboard by now! Would prefer if I could buy just the bags by themselves as the glass pieces are easily cleaned with isopropyl. On this note the Volcano bags work great, you just need to put up with their noisiness late at night.
Regarding the previous comment about them being difficult to tie, it's all a matter of practice. I can now change my two 'in circulation' bags over in a minute flat so it's not that big a deal. (Posted on 13/11/11) -
The quality is alright but..... Review by Ossm
Quality Ease-of-Use Value Be sure to clean the glass mouth piece regularly. The bags come unassembled and are quite difficult to assemble correctly on your first try. (Posted on 21/10/11)
