   So yes, this device is expensive, but you really do get what you pay for. Very well built and works extremely efficiently. The heating time is really the only thing to complain about, but at 4 minutes it's hardly the end of the world (make a coffee or something and it's done).

   Been a smoker for over 30 years, a friend of a friend pulled out a volcano, the taste was incredible and reduction in amount of greenery used is quite substantial. After going online and checking all the reviews and finding out this was the one to get. The next business day, I ordered one. Me and my lungs are very happy. A few days ago I tried to have a smoke and it was disgusting. Magic Flight for the road will be ordered on Monday :)

   Very hesitant to spend the money, but if you are looking for a discrete, easy and stink-free herb experience you cannot do any better.
   
   There is virtually no noise, no smell and not only is it very efficient, but you can smoke the vaped herb afterwards and get a slight effect.

    Having owned box alternatives for some time, the difference to the volcano is night and day. The consistency of air flow means the vapor is never harsh. Very efficient versus alternative methods. The effect IS noticeably different from smoking, it doesn't cause drowsiness like smoking does. Extremely convenient and easy to use, I bought the easy valve and you can actually reuse the mouthpieces with normal volcano bags for the solid valve (google it).
    
    Highly recommended, think of it in an investment in your long term lung health. Plus the amazing eff

    This is a wonderful (if expensive) product, which functions exactly as advertised, making it unique among many other vaporisers I have tried. It does require you to RTFM before operation.
    
    Inside the packaging was a small note reading "Please! Keep packaging for protection and transport." Much like "Assembly of Japanese bicycle require great peace of mind," this seems to implore for the sake of politeness; "You have purchased a precise, German device. Treat it in a precise manner."
    
    The note was the first thing I saw when I eagerly tore open the packaging. I didn't really mean to lose it when I laughed and threw it across the room, but I've never seen it again. I accidentally broke the styrofoam by removing the product from the box too enthusiastically, so I threw that away too. Without that magical protection, I supposed a towel-wrap and any old zip bag would do. I probably couldn't help doing what I did, it just seemed like the way to make the best of my of things.
    
    But just in case the poor thing was delivered to someone who understood, they helpfully included a German copy of the technical manual. The English version's Safety recommendations state on page 7 "The packaging material (plastic bags, styrofoam material, boxes, etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children as they are a potential source of danger."     I received the volcano within 3 working days, it was unopened and brand new. the product meets the description and works perfectly, i would recommend a volcano as an alternative to smoking for health benefits. Volcano's have a quality feel about them and are built to last and this is why I like the volcano compared to cheaper alternatives, also having the bag means the vapour has time to cool down making the experience more enjoyable than older style vaporizors.     this is a very well made device that does exactly as it claims: effectively vaporises herbs and stores the vapour in a bag that you can then imbibe at your leisure and share with friends.
    
    The vapour is pleasant tasting and easy on the airways and extremely effective in carrying out its intended purpose.
    
    My only criticism is that the easy valve system should have been designed to allow bag replacement. The intention of the design is to encourage waste for no reason. The plastic parts are all easily cleanable and reusable, why not just make the bags easy to change?

    The taste from smoking didn't really bother me until I started vaporizing. But now I don't think I'll ever smoke again! This is my first vaporizer and what a great product. I like the flexibility of being able to detach the bag and inhale wherever. I also like the outside look with stainless steel...it makes a great addition to my coffee table. If I smoke the taste is so horrible I don't finish...I'm a total vapor snob now! So much that I'm going to purchase the launch box for portable use because I can't stand the roughness of smoke.     Purchased this unit upon advice from my naturopath - it is easy to use - effective and has helped my lungs and throat feel much better. Simple instructions and easy to use. Great filling speed and very comfortable and practical balloons. Easily goes mobile with you, just detach the bag and enjoy it where ever you please.     I wish I would have bought a vaporizer a long time ago. I can really feel the health benefits already and you can’t smell a thing. No longer does my house reek and I can just enjoy it in my living room. No more going outside in the cold or having to blow smoke out the window!
    I love my new volcano vaporizer. I’m glad I spent the extra money on it as it is really a quality medical grade product. You can tell this from just the box alone. The bag system is really cool because I can fill a bag and then just detach it and enjoy it while I lay on the couch watching TV. Buy a volcano and you will be glad you did.
