The all glass mouthpieces are easy to clean and maintain, simply wash with clean soapy water or use isopropyl alcohol for stubborn stains.*

To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

I think the product is very good for the price all be it being a bit fiddly to charge and very hard to get the battery cover off. All in all a pretty good portable vape for the price. Vape flavour is pretty nice compared to others I have used.
