xThe original Cap has been updated with a new functional geometry, which adds even more utility to this rather useful component of DynaVap's battery free VapCaps. The new design helps keep the Cap in place while also allowing for a more even distribution of the airflow as well as an improved tactile indication of both the heat up and cool down clicks. In addition, it provides for a free movement or spin of the cap, just in case you like things that spin.
Warranty & Returns
xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

*Some vaporizers include an additional warranty period upon registration with the manufacturer.

Excellent service, I was sent a new captive cap that just wouldn’t fit properly to my M series (2020). After explaining the issue and sending a quick video clip to you guys I was promptly sent another cal FOC and with express delivery! Well done guys, I’d highly recommend you.
