A famous Middle-Eastern Holy oil, Frankincense has a long documented use in Egyptian society in incense, skin care, as a relief for stomach ailments and also for black khol - the ancient equivalent of eyeliner! As an essential oil, it is thought to strengthen the immune system and stimulate the part of the brain that controls emotions. Many believe Frankincense's sweet, balsamic-like aroma to have an uplifting and centering effect on the mind.

xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.
