Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

Perfect size rips I feel the reducer is the perfect size bowl for solo's It takes the default of approx 1g to an easy 0.2g.
