Any device dealing with oils or concentrates has the potential to leak. Regular cleaning will keep the unit functioning at its optimal performance. It is recommended to clean your unit 1-2 times per cartridge change, depending on usage. We recommend isopropyl alcohol on a cotton tip.
Concentrate compatibility refers to thick oils with a syrup like consistency. This unit is not compatible with e-liquids or waxes, nor is it suitable for use with tobacco, nicotine, medical or illicit substances. Click here to read our full terms and conditions.

xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

The perfect device for long sessions in discretion with precise control. The shiv is special it protects your glass cartridge unlike any other cheaper alternative, very heavy duty machine that pumps well vaporised oil clouds. 10/10

Fantastic solid piece with lovely matte finished feeling. Feel incredibly sturdy and Hamilton is on track for having top notch electronics. The switchblade function is perfect, being able to store away the atomizer so it doesn't break. Battery life is really really good. If you're after a pen style 510 thread battery don't go past The Shiv!

Its a solid unit, larger and heavier than I expected. Seems really well made, the sudden snap out and then snap back in action of the oil cartridge is unique but protects the cartridge when not in use. My issue is with the way it works, I’ve tried all settings and even on low voltage the vapour it produces is so think and acrid that it irritates the throat a lot. Most people I’ve let use it have a coughing fit. I’ve learned how to take a very small **** but still don’t like it. I found something else that works much better but unfortunately you don’t sell it.
