xThe innovation continues at Vaporbrothers with the brand new Ceramic EZ Change Whip Kit. Makes changing screens easy as 1, 2, 3. In addition, this is the updated version of the first whip on the market to eliminate the need for metal by using a ceramic screen.
A high temperature silicone sleeve that houses the ceramic screen connects the natural mineral (ceramic) whip tip to the natural mineral (ceramic) whip handle, allowing the user to change the screen in about 2 seconds. No more wrestling the screen into the whip
All of the glass parts found on the Original Vaporbrothers EZ Change Whip have been replaced by 100% all natural mineral (ceramic) parts. Ceramic is much more durable than glass and can withstand higher impacts with less chance of breaking. This is the same material Vaporbrothers uses to produce their 100% natural mineral (ceramic) heat elements. Please note the Vapor Brothers EZ Change Whip Kit works with ONLY Original Vaporbrothers Vaporizers.

xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.
