   This is the fifth vaporiser I have bought, among those I have previously owned have been the Silver Surfer, which was pretty awesome. I have also owned two Vapirs, the first one, shaped like a D (No.1?) Was really good but I don't think they sell it anymore. The follow-up, No.2, was a big disappointment, but this one, the Extreme Q is the God of all vaporisers, hands down the best so far. Awesome!    It did take about a week to figure out the best way to use it, and wasnt sure if it was doing it's thing
   but once i figured out temp and how hard to pull it was all good
   
   i find around 160-170 a good temp but you wont get much vape but a nice buzz will happen(took a while to get onto this and know it was working, i was so used to feeling something previously). around 220 i get a good vape and feel like i am getting something bit more old style
   
   it is very easy to use and i like the LCD display and remote

   The ultrasonic extreme Q vaporiser is awesome! Being in the fitness industry I needed a way I could get the effects of herbs without smoking. This device gives you a really relaxed yet effective feeling without ruining my lungs.    I decided on the Extreme Q to replace my N02 and I am delighted with it. The amount of control you get with the Q is incredible. You can adjust fan speed and temperature while you are looking at the contents of the glass "cyclone bowl". You can tilt and flick said bowl to move the contents around and ensure an even cook.
   
   I thought the remote control was cheesy but it's actually really handy. I like to fire up pretty hot then drop the temp for the end of the extraction, so the preset temperatures on the remote are perfect for that. The quality of the vapour is excellent. The choice you have in delivery is great too (balloon, whip or aromatherapy bowl haha). The only gripes I have are that the mesh screens don't fit the cyclone bowl properly. I cut them down a bit smaller and use 2 in there and get good results with that. Also the balloon is sometimes a bit hard to detatch from the mini whip. But these are tiny, tiny criticisms compared to the joy I'm getting from this product.
   
   Another thing I have to say is the customer service of this site is outstanding. I ordered the Extreme Q with express post and 22 hours later it was in my house. Think about that!! (Posted on 30/04/13)

    Have bought 2 of these now, 1 for me and one for a friend who is not well. Gave up smoking and it's great to be able to continue herbs without the health risks. Great vaporizer in general. For beginners, be warned. There's no hit, so don't do as I did the first time, keep consuming. Wait 10 mins before you really assess what's going on. Small amounts go a long way. Bag system could be better. Would like a valve system like on the volcano. Other than that, all good. Spare parts readily available. I broke the central glass chamber, ordered a replacement and fitted it myself. Luckily I ordered 2. Broke on on the first attempt. Pieces can stick together, which is what happened to me.     This is my first vape, and I have been blown away by its ease of use, functionality, and efficiency. Both the hose and bag are great ways of getting the quality effect I’ve been searching for (granted you have good herbs). I find that the hose is less harsh than the bag, and while I first thought the bag would be my method of choice, the hose has become my go to component for a relaxed evening. The hose gives you more control over your vapour density and flow rate making for a more controlled burn (or vaporisation if I must). The bag proves itself most useful when entertaining multiple partakers. The components provided with the kit are of high quality, making the unit well worth the price (not to mention the amount of herbs you will save).
    
    In regards to the effect, I find vaporizers to be far superior to smoking. I am not a smoker (never smoked a cigarette in my life), so I always had trouble with smoke induced methods. If you are used to the comfort of blowing smoke after a draw, you will have to adjust to the aura of nothingness as you exhale (in most cases), but the lack of smoke will only leave you feeling more refreshed. Also, I find my energy levels to drastically increase when ‘vaping’ versus smoking. I have no issues waking up the next day and feel no lingering effects.
    
    Overall, this is one hell of a product and if you are on the edge of buying just go for it. You will not be disappointed. Two things I will note though:
    1. If you have used a Volcano Vaporizer before (I haven’t), you could be in for a
    let-down. I cannot speak from experience, but I have read heaps about the
    Volcano and the price difference itself should give you somewhat of an idea.
    2. Don’t do as I did on your first time and take 10-12 hits thinking, “When am I
    going to get an effect?” Trust me it is coming – you just have to be patient. Now, I
    take about 4-5 hits and within a minute or two I am right where I want to be.

    This is a high quality vaporiser perfect for a beginner just stepping into the world of non portable vaporisers. It offers both bag and whip based methods, and does both acceptably well.
    
    It does have a few down sides, getting the screen to sit flat in the bowl can be annoying, and it takes a long time to pre heat. My unit has a slight defect as the power pack whines annoyingly when in use, but not bad enough to warrent returning.
    
    But overall, those downsides are far outweighed by this vaporiser. Great vaporiser at the right price-point. Perfect for beginners. (Posted on 8/04/13)

    Worth every cent.
    •Positives:
    I love having the option of the whip and the bag system.
    I constantly use both systems for a bit of a change, or for which ever method is more convenient at the time.
    • The Extreme Q is such a slick design no one thinks anything suss of it. It just looks like it belongs in any room.
    I find my parents and friends ask me what it is when they see it, often complimenting its design having no idea what it's for.
    I simply tell them "it's a vaporizer, makes my room smell nice" iv never once had any problems with someone or a parent questioning or even suspecting u could use it for herbs. (Also putting something like lavender in it to vape your room to smell nice helps keep it subtle and your room smelling great!!!
    •
    Heats up fast, best results are after a 2 min+ heat up period. I find using 200 and 230 degrees gives the best results. (230 gives me a nice thick vape, especially with the bag system)
    •
    Easy to use, I find if u pack ur herbs in the little wire cone piece thing
    In the glass elbow, gives u a better thicker vape, then just putting ur herbs in the glass chamber.
    •
    3 fan speed settings is great, I love experimenting with different combinations of fan speed for a different thickness of vape, mainly something ull do with the bag system. It's an option I love to have.
    
    Negatives:
    There really aren't a lot of bad things about it.
    I find the remote is a nice option, however I do find it can get anoying looking for if ur not careful with it. U dont need the remote, but it find the built in button system could be a bit more user friendly, for example, if u want to quickly turn the fan off, u need to navigate ur way to the fan option, and then it will return to the home screen after a few seconds if no buttons are pressed.
    So no real negatives, just a slight design inconvenience.
    
    This was the first vape I bought. It's great for beginners. Especially someone that loves a few extra features. I use it for a variety personal vaporizations. Including using lavender to make my room smell nice. (And make my rents think I use it for what I say I am ;) )

    This is my first vaporizer and i've been impressed since i got it. I have done a lot of research with regards to vaporizers and I chose the Extreme Q for it's versatility and price. The product itself is very easy to use, pretty much like a chemistry kit; Bunsen Burner, Test Tubes. As for build quality, i am happy with it. Digital screen with remote controls are awesome. It takes a little bit of an effort to clean the parts from time to time but overall, it is a great product and to me, i find it way better than the volcano in terms of what it can do.     This is one sexy vaporiser that now takes pride of place on my side table, the swivel elbow joint is a great way to pass the vape hose around. The remote control is essential for that lay back experience, very simple to use. The small piece of tubing for attaching bags is very awkward, this problem I solved with a better fitting piece of tube. A small amount of cleaning after each use will save a lot of time down the track.
    The glass fittings, which where a selling point for me, are a quality and durable product as is the rest of this vaporiser.
    The Extreme Q does everthing it is made out to, a pleasant surprise these days.

    The extreme q is a great affordable vape. The bag option was the sellong point for me
    
    Pros: fast heat up approx 2mins. Fan assist. Plenty of replacement accessories. I enjoy both whip and balloon action. The balloon is great for when people are over and fan assist with whip is incredible.
    
    Cons: the fan is alittle loud. Could easily lose the remote control and manually using the buttons on the eq can be a pain in the ass.

    on every aspect, it only took 3 days to get to my front door and everything was discreetly packaged just as i had hoped. As for the vape itself 10/10 Extreme Q iz the only way to go it creates beautiful tasting herb. The glass-on-glass tornado cone iz wonderful and i dropped it on cement at 195 degrees and it didn't even crack it. The whip and bag both perfect for solo or group. The only downside iz that the bag has no cap to seal it and set the bag down other than that there's no problem whatsoever. I will definitely recommend to all my friends.     Although I have not used the famous "Volcano" it would have to be very good to beat the Extreme Q.
    
    Very easy to set-up and I love that it can be set to turn-off after either 2 or 4 hours. No need to worry if you fall sleep.
    
    Also comes with plenty of spare pieces. Although I bought extra mesh screens which will eventually be handy.
    
    Has 2 vape bags.
    
    Also the fan is an excellent aid to taking a pleasant draw if the herb is very resinous.

    its very simple to use, turn it on, load the bowl, connect it up and done (temp at 190 Celsius- 220 at MAX , not recommended over 200) 10/10
    QUALITY:
    The unit it self is Beautiful and made of Good material, The accessories such as the bowl, whips and mouth pieces are all glass. 10/10
    SMELL:
    Okay some of you may be concerned about how much smell your vape produces well to be honest, This vape does not produce much smell implying that you have it at a proper temperature (190-200 Celsius), When using the whip there is more noticeable smell however when you use the bags there is much less smell. It does smell a "bit" but its a strange smell not that of smoking and goes away after 5-10 mins. So its pretty stealthy 8/10
    NOISE:
    Barely produces any noise unless you have it on fan 3. Just turn some music on and no one will know, the machine is pretty silent. 8/10
    EFFICIENT-Y:
    you usually can load around .2-.4 grams of GRINDED< preferred 'herb
    with the whip i stop at 15 hits and reload and with the bag you get up to 3 bags per bowl, i personally prefer bags. 10/10!
    FLEXIBILITY:
    All right this is the most amazing feature of the unit, You get a good looking Remote , sounds strange or lazy but its actually pretty useful, you get a Temperature control from 50 Celsius up to 280 Celsius, This is a great feature for anyone who wishes to try different types of herbs and "vaporizibles", BAG / WHIP feature is amazing! I mostly use the Bag but its a great feature to have.

    Can't get much better than this vaporizer, you get glass, a remote and whip&balloon systems. Volcano is expensive, silvers and other in this range won't have the fan or displays and this is the only one with a remote, could sound gimmicky, but it's useful.

    It was a toss up between the volcano or the extreme Q, and I'm glad I went with the extreme Q. Having both the whip and bags is awesome and what I love most is that all the pieces are interchangeable and can be pulled apart and cleaned. I'm using rubbing alcohol to soak and clean the glass and gauze bits. I've already ordered extra parts cause I know its going to get loads of use. Best customer service I've seen for ages too.     So glad I purchased the 'Q'. Have enjoyed many hours with it now and it is definitely worth the initial outlay. The instructions were a little vague and it requires a bit of experimentation to find the optimum settings, but once you have you won't look back. So good I bought a friend one too.     After having my Q for about 6 months I have found out stuff like the best way to clean your top mesh. I pull mine out and hold it with pliers and put a flame to it for a couple of seconds. The mesh screen will firstly smoke and then catch alight, keep hold of it with the pliers as it will go out by itself after all the stuff blocking it has burnt away. I have a little brush to clean off any carbon and I usually blow through the elbow after I put the mesh back in. I find I do this every couple of uses but that is all I clean on the whole machine and I have been doing this for a long time and I'm still using the original mesh. (Posted on 6/01/12)

    After borrowing a friend's cheap chinese vape, I wanted to own a quality unit. I did my research and decided on this machine. No regrets whatsoever. My response is much the same as everyone elses. We just love it.
    
    After a few months of ownership, I can't say I've really mastered it. I started at 190deg c. with a whip which was very nice. Moved up 5 deg at a time. Be warned. It creeps up on you so don't go balistic on your first trial. Give it time. Moved on to 210deg c with a bag. Great. Seems the hotter you use it, the heavier the effect. As others have stated, you can use less herb with great effect.
    
    Quality unit in all. Love the remote. Is not a gimic at all, but a great feature. Haven't had any issues with having to clean it, but I am a very light user. I would be lucky to be used once a week.
    
    I chose this unit mainly for the versatility and options. I didn't want to be stuck with one method of useage only. Whip is great. Bag is great. Having the option is great. Feels like quality when using and handling it. I only give it four stars for ease of use as it took a fair bit of reading to get it happening. Lots of parts and trying to work out what goes where and why. Really it only took 15 mins out of the box and I was away.

    We've used this machine everyday since we bought it around 18months ago and it hasn't failed us once. I highly recommend this vape!
    It's really easy to use, it's sturdy and heats up quickly. It's running as well as the day we got it and I think that says a great deal about the quality of the internal mechanics considering the workout we give it.
    Since we've had it, we've replaced all the glass parts, the screens and bags - I put this down to heavy use and being a klutz. These bits aren't expensive and you can buy them from this site which makes it super fast and easy. On the other hand, it's pretty easy to clean the glass parts with rubbing alcohol and treat your vape with care if you don't want to spend the $ on replacement bits. You'll love vaping so much that maintaining your vape won't bother you, believe me.
    Australian Vaporizers always delivers fast and if I were to buy another vape I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

    Amazing product, I was using the MFLB for ages and the Extreme Q just blew my nipples off. I opened the beautifully packaged parcel to see a stunning brushed-steel vape. My eyes lit up as i pulled out the glossy, rigid unit. the ground glass connections were smooth and heavy, the heft gave me the impression of a quality piece of glass. I cranked it up to 185C and waited in anticipation as the led lights at the base lit up and that gorgeous LCD screen. Once it was warm, I began to sample, the vapour density was wonderful. Everything became simple and easy, I have literally left this thing on, with constant use for 24 hours

    After a little experimentation on various temps for various substances, we hit the sweet spot.
    
    Passing the bag has replaced other methods of imbibing, and even after a long session, which is common, my lungs don't feel anywhere near as effected as they do after other modes of use. The effect is not quite as quick as some others but does get there. The best part is that the herb goes soooo much further, you get every little bit of goodness out.
    
    I highly recommed this unit - I have tried cheap ones and they can burn you like mustard gas - don't settle for less - you deserve to treat yourself to this. Happy vaping. (Posted on 11/04/11)

    Oh that's right I couldn't afford one, but now i can and it is the best purchase I have made in a long long time. Already paid for itself in a week, ok slight exaggeration but it wont be long, I am really amazed.
    
    If you like a smoke like myself, are concerned about the health implications but are really hesitant about giving up the good stuff, then your prayers have been answered.
    
    I have given up cigarettes for the past week without any trouble at all, no need to buy them as no need for spin.
    
    Just swam 1km tonight and after a single week of no smoking or cigs, i have already shaved 5mins off my avg time.

    I smoke a lot of herb. I was very, very skeptical about my ability to find the same satisfaction from a vaporizer. I must admit that I am impressed and a happy convert. It has reduced my herb usage by half!!! I did hours of reading on various forums and user reviews before deciding on the extreme. Hardly anyone had anything bad to say about it and especially at this price. I figured I could always sell it on eBay if I really didn’t like it. What I’ve already saved in herb money has paid for this unit and then some.
    When I first unboxed it I had it put together in under 5 minutes and was using it soon after. Very easy to use, all you have to do is plug it in and put the loaded bowl on top then insert the whip.
    
    The unit is well made and sturdy. It heats up super quick and cools down just as fast. The whole unit is cool to touch even when its at full heat which is great for fire safety. The glass is nice and solid and the whip doesn’t taste like plastic. Five stars all the way. If you are hesitant to try vaporizers because you are a heavy smoker, fear no more. Can't believe how happy I am with this! On a quick health note, I feel like I can breathe so deeply now, and I hardly ever cough on this. I'm sure results vary, but I noticed a change almost immediately after stopping smoking.
    
    PS: I use it on 225-230C. It takes less than 4 minutes to really "heat up"

    I only give it 4 stars because the bowl gets dirty very easily and is a bit of a pain to clean. I suggest using only a small amount of herb and changing it more regularly than packing as I found this gets more vapour out of my herb.
    The thing I like best about this product is that it I don’t feel my lungs like I do when I smoke. It feels almost like I am just inhaling scented air. We've had the machine for over 3 months now and it gets a lot of use around here. I normally use the whip when I’m by myself as I prefer that style. But if I have several people it’s better to use the bags as I can just pass it to the next person.
    The machine has a timer which can be set to shut off automatically after operating for a certain amount of time so that does help if your forgetful like me.
    
    All in all, I would definitely recommend this product. Enjoy the change.

    Okay, so I'm sure you're probably much in the same situation I was in five days ago... late night surfing, wanting to find out about this craze that is vapourisation and how do I get hooked up... and you come across your friendly local australian vapouriser dealer! Anyway, this is what happened to me; I ordered wed night, come friday it was in my hand (got to love the service!).
    
    Now, onto the Extreme Q itself:
    
    Small, compact... surprisingly lightweight. Great interconnectivity between manual whip & bag methods. Haven't tried the pot pouri / scent option yet but as you can all understand I've been completely preoccupied with the previous two methods.
    
    The remote control is a god-send. So easy to be typing away at the pc or watching a movie. Grabbing the remote, turning the fan to three and taking a peaceful inhale of some quality vapour air.
    
    Considering how hard it is to find reviews on this product, let me just say as a total vapour n00b, I didn't know what to expect. I read the instructions back to front, and went about having a vape.... and I haven't bonged since. After almost ten years of smoking, I've gone from 6-10 bongs a day to 0... and instead 5-6 bags of healthy 'vapour' instead. Already I notice the difference in my last training session (a good 10-15% extra cardio) and this is after only THREE DAYS! It's only going to get better from here!!
    
    Lastly, what also surprised me the most was how easy vapour is to inhale... it's literally like inhaling air... no burning, no sore lungs or throat, just nice 'scented' vapour. With full lungs you may feel a slight itch as others have mentioned, but you can easily exhale without 'blowing your load' as it were ;)
    
    If you're still reading this review, you're taking too long! Buy this already... I guarantee you won't regret it... even if my guarantee is worth f**k all as you know me from Larry; ULTIMATELY I'm telling you what you WANT to hear...

    This vaporizer couldn't be any better. Excellent build quality. Australian Vaporizers was so helpful with my purchase quickly answering any questions I had and delivery time was extremely fast. I have used a friends no name chinese vaporizer and this thing just blows it away. The heat up time is EXTREMLY quick like a minute tops. It has a remote control which comes in handy when switching the unit on and off as well as controlling fan speed. I also love having the choice between bags and whips in the one unit. Passing a bag around with friends is very convenient and while I am by myself I will use the whip if I’m in the mood. For the price I think this is the best value vaporizer on the market because it offers you both bags and whips while still giving you excellent vaporization. Its warranty is extensive and its features are extreme.
    
    Anyone looking to buy a good vaporizer, I highly recommend the Extreme Q.
