Australian Vaporizers Return Policy
At Australian Vaporizers, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. We recommend that you read our returns policy before making a purchase so that you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges.
If you are purchasing a vaporizer, please conduct thorough research on the product before making a purchase. We cannot accept returns of used vaporizers and all sales are final from 14 days of delivery.
Below you will find our full policy on returns, exchanges, warranty claims and refunds.
We honour the full manufacturer’s warranty on all vaporizers purchased from Australian Vaporizers. Warranty claims can be facilitated by Australian Vaporizers with the respective manufacturer/s.
To lodge a warranty claim on a unit purchased at Australian Vaporizers, please complete our Online Warranty Form.
Warranty claims will not be accepted without proof of purchase. If you purchased your vaporizer at our Brisbane store, please provide a photograph or scanned copy of your receipt with the purchase date clearly visible.
All warranty returns are assessed thoroughly before resolution. If we are unable to replicate the alleged fault, your device will be returned to you. We cannot issue replacements, refunds or store credit for devices that appear to be functioning in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
All warranty claims are subject to proper use and care in accordance with the product manual. This includes a proper cleaning regimen to maintain the device. Warranty will not apply in the event of neglect or normal wear and tear. If there is evidence of tampering, wilful damage or incorrect product use, your warranty will be voided and your claim refused.
In certain cases, Australian Vaporizers may require written approval from the manufacturer/s before a resolution can be provided. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
Australian Vaporizers acknowledges that Australian Consumer Law entitles shoppers to statutory rights that cannot be waived or overridden by independent policies. In the event that you believe that a product has breached a consumer guarantee, Australian Vaporizers will provide a suitable resolution.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
We recommend that you immediately inspect all goods that we deliver to you, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with their quality and that they match the description we have provided.
All orders are packed with care and we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely. If we made a mistake or your order arrived in damaged/unsuitable condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. Please provide photographic evidence where possible.
Australian Vaporizers will replace or refund damaged/incorrect items as soon as possible. If the item is of considerable value, the customer will be required to return the product to Australian Vaporizers before a replacement or refund is issued.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product, please fill out the Online Return Form on our website. When returning a product, all customers have a choice between a refund, store credit or exchange.
If your return has been opened, arrives damaged, or otherwise does not fit the definition of “in brand new condition” you may be liable for a 15-20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns of used vaporizers or any other products. Due to health and safety risks we cannot re-sell used vaporizers and are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
To avoid ending up with a device that isn’t right for you, it is important to conduct thorough research on the product before making a purchase.
Please be aware that online reviews are sometimes sponsored or otherwise unreliable and that some video/photographic vapour demonstrations may be heavily illuminated to increase or exaggerate vapour visibility. Bloggers, YouTubers and online reviewers may be offered incentives for their reviews and are not always the most reliable source of information.
Our staff are responsive and willing to help you find a vaporizer that is right for you.
