1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Australian Vaporizers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: Entries will be automatically generated based on purchases made on the Australian Vaporizers website during the promotional period. To qualify for entry, purchases must meet the following minimum spend thresholds: Spend $200 = 2 entries. Spend $350 = 5 entries. Spend $500 or more = 10 entries Each qualifying purchase will be allocated the corresponding number of entries.
3. Promotional Period: The giveaway begins on March 1st, 2024, and ends on March 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The draw will be conducted live on Australian Vaporizers' Instagram page.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, another winner will be selected at random.
6. Prize: The prize consists of one (1) $500 gift card to be used on the Australian Vaporizers website. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Australian Vaporizers the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
8. Privacy: Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will be used solely for prize fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.
