Fast Shipping

Orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day. Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays are sent the following business day. 

All parcels are shipped via the Australia Post network. Regular and express post orders will receive a tracking number with their shipping confirmations once they are dispatched. Tracking is not available for letter post services.

All orders are sent to the shipping address provided and require signature on delivery.* Parcels are unable to be left if no one is home, so we recommend using a work address or a Parcel Locker. When no one is home to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection.

*Please be aware many orders are being delivered via Safe Drop (the parcel will be left in a safe place even if signature on delivery has been requested), so please keep this in mind when selecting a delivery address. For the latest Australia Post updates, please see here.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free regular shipping on all orders over $150.

To get a shipping quote for your order, just click the "Add to Cart" button for the item/s you are interested in. Our shipping calculator will be displayed after your shipping address is added in the checkout. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and the selected shipping method. Letter post is only available for small items and will not appear for most items. 

 

Delivery Times

Delivery time frames depend on the shipping service selected and your location. Orders are typically delivered on time, however delays can occur that unfortunately are out of our control.* We apologise in advance if this happens.

Please note that shipping time-frames quoted during checkout are relative to the day the order is shipped and not the day it is placed. Business days also do not include weekends or public holidays.

Our delivery options include letter post for small items and regular or express parcel post with signature required on delivery.

Lost Orders

If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible as an Australia Post investigation will need to be raised. If we are not notified within 30 days of order shipment, this will significantly reduce the chances of the parcel being found. If missed orders are reported more than 30 days after order shipment, Australian Vaporizers takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit.

 

Discreet Shipping

We will ship your products in plain satchels, boxes or envelopes with the return address as simply "AV".

 

Store Pick Ups / In Store Purchases

Our store front is permanently closed. The pick up and in store purchasing option is unfortunately no longer available. We apologize.
