xAt Australian Vaporizers, we take care of all warranty claims right here at our Brisbane warehouse. Our goal is to make the warranty process quick and hassle free for our customers. To ensure that your warranty claim is handled as efficiently as possible, please keep record of your order number (located on your order or shipping confirmation emails, or by logging into your account). You won't need to register your vaporizer to make a claim.*
If your vaporizer is experiencing a fault or you believe it is not working correctly, please complete the warranty form here. Once submitted, our warranty team will contact you with all the details needed to complete your claim, including our shipping address. A thorough assessment will be conducted on your vaporizer to confirm the fault before a replacement can be issued. Please note we don't repair vaporizers, brand new replacements are issued.

AustraliaGreat little grinder
I had the grinders that come with the mighty and this is a big step up. The flower in the top chamber falls into the chamber below when its ground fine enough. The top chamber pulls straight off so easy to access, the chamber below screws on and off which is a little harder to get to. I can guess why its that way but I do wish it was able to be pulled off so when I'm half cut I'm not fumbling around with a thread. All that being said, still highly recommend this grinder.
