Storefront Re-Opening

Our Newmarket store has re-opened! Please note the following changes which have been implemented to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • After checkout, please take note of your order number (AVXXXXX) so that our staff can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be available for collection immediately (during business hours).
  • Our store currently has a maximum capacity of 3 customers 
  • We ask that if you are feeling unwell / are exhibiting any cold / flu-like symptoms, please do not visit the storefront
  • If you have a warranty claim, please complete our online warranty form before visiting and be sure to specify that you would like to deliver your unit to us in person

Shipping Delays & Updates


All delivery orders are still being shipped from the warehouse as normal, however Australia Post are experiencing delays due to air freight shortages and unprecedented parcel volumes. Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates only and unfortunately can’t be guaranteed, including next business day delivery.

Please be aware many orders are being delivered via Safe Drop (i.e if the parcel can be left in a safe place, it will be left without requiring a signature), so be sure to keep this in mind when selecting a delivery address. 


International Shipping


International orders have been suspended until further notice, we apologize for any inconvenience.
