Store & Shipping Updates


After a huge clean up and relocation following the flooding of our Newmarket warehouse, we're back! A huge thanks to everyone for your continued support and understanding during our closure.

*We are unable to sell any water damaged stock due to potential hygiene risks. We have not retained any damaged stock on-site.

Physical Store & Pick Ups
The store pick up option and in store purchases will remain unavailable until our stock is replenished and set up of our new warehouse is complete. We will notify customers when this becomes available again. We are offering free express post for local customers which is available at the checkout.

Warranty claims are still able to be processed, but replacements are currently limited. Out of stock replacement units will be credited, refunded or replacements can be sent when stock becomes available, when applicable. If you'd like to make a claim, please complete a warranty form and we can answer any questions you may have.

Shipping Delays & Updates 


Australia Post are experiencing delays Australia-wide due to air freight and staff shortages, as well as unprecedented parcel volumes. Delivery timeframes given at checkout are estimates only and unfortunately can’t be guaranteed, including next business day delivery.

Please be aware many orders are being delivered via Safe Drop (i.e if the parcel can be left in a safe place, it will be left without requiring a signature), so be sure to keep this in mind when selecting a delivery address.
