Australian Vaporizers Shipping / Store Pickup Update

IMPORTANT UPDATE (07/09/2020) - AUSPOST REGULAR LETTERS - Changes have been put in place to Auspost's letter delivery procedures. 

These changes will apply until 30 June 2021, subject to review, and include:
  • extending the maximum required delivery time for regular intrastate letters to up to five business days after the day of posting
  • adjusting the minimum delivery frequency schedule (for metropolitan areas only) from every business day to every second business day, but with no change to delivery frequency in rural or remote areas. Read more.
  • suspending the requirement to provide a Priority Letters service.

Significant shipping delays are currently being experienced to Victorian addresses due to the new lockdown restrictions. *Please note that these delays are not factored into our shipping timeframe estimates during checkout.*

IMPORTANT UPDATE (02/03/2020) - Due to recently introduced Auspost operational changes, our same-day dispatch cut-off has been pushed forward to 1pm AEST business days



Unfortunately, our store in Newmarket will be closed temporarily (effective 18th March), meaning that the store pickup option will be temporarily unavailable in an effort to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Please note that postcodes which would usually be eligible for pickup will receive a free shipping option. If you've already placed an order for pickup and have not yet collected it, please contact us via our contact form and we will arrange for your order to be shipped, free of charge.



All delivery orders will continue to be shipped from our warehouse as per usual. Please be aware however that AusPost are currently delivering all orders via "Safe-Drop" so be sure to keep this in mind when selecting a delivery address.
